Service Description

Pain and injury management massage is a specialised form of therapeutic massage focused on addressing pain and injury through targeted techniques. This approach often incorporates various techniques, including deep tissue massage, stretching, and myofascial release. Benefits Pain Relief: Reduces chronic and acute pain by targeting affected muscles and tissues. Injury Recovery: Aids in the healing process of injuries by promoting blood flow and reducing inflammation. Muscle Tension Reduction: Relieves tightness and tension in muscles, improving mobility and comfort. Improved Range of Motion: Enhances flexibility and joint mobility, facilitating better movement. Posture Correction: Addresses muscular imbalances that contribute to poor posture and related pain. Stress Reduction: Promotes relaxation, which can aid in the overall recovery process. Personalized Treatment: Tailored sessions based on individual needs and specific injury or pain conditions. How it Works During a remedial massage session, the therapist conducts an assessment to identify areas of pain or dysfunction. Sessions are often tailored to the individual’s specific condition and recovery goals.
